In my personal and group fitness classes , I’ve guided hundreds of people through their workouts, working hard but with smiles on their faces and joy in their successes.
After a thorough assessment, we will discuss your goals, desires, and what we should definitely focus on (whether it's increasing flexibility, range of motion, improving posture, losing weight, rehabilitation, etc.). We will work towards your goal by training together 2 or 3 times a week, where I will hold your hand and support you in everything.
