I applied to Dikó due to a long-term sports injury and the resulting movement problems, as well as to improve my general fitness. I have known Diko for a long time, she has always loved exercise, she has a cheerful, lively personality. I was very happy when I found out that she had chosen a career as a personal trainer and I immediately jumped at the chance. I went to Thai boxing training twice a week and I wanted to supplement this with 1-2 strength training sessions a week with her. After assessing my level in our first class, she asked me carefully what exactly I wanted to achieve. She puts her heart and soul into her training plans and guidance, she is determined, precise, smiley, and it radiates that she loves what she does. She places great emphasis on exercises that develop stable balance and correct posture. I often hear her voice in my head when I do certain exercises. The tasks are always varied, there is always a challenge. In addition to her professionalism, I like the energy and good mood that she is able to convey in her classes. I met Ildikó Pásztor, Diko at the Oxygen Wellness and Fitness gym in 2021, where I participated in her group training sessions on Sundays. Her training sessions there were fun, motivating, and her kind personality contributed to these good-natured classes. Unfortunately, on June 10, 2022, I also had my fourth shoulder sprain, and Dikó immediately came to mind when it came to rehabilitation, as she had previously indicated that she had completed her sportrehabilitation training at that time. We immediately started the rehabilitation, my goal was to strengthen my right shoulder to such a level that there would be no more sprains. We were progressing very well with the 1 training session per week, and of course I also did the exercises given. In the meantime, it turned out that I asked Ildikó to teach me how to train on machines, since good execution is very important. I managed to achieve both of my goals, that is, I was able to rehabilitate my shoulder in 1 year and I also learned how to use the machines. I recommend Ildiko to all those who like kind, attentive, good-natured and professionally executed trend-following personal and group training. What motivated me was her continuous encouragement and I really felt her interest in me, I think a good relationship developed between us.

I first met Diko at NR1Fitness' group classes, which were always in a very good mood and made me work hard. Despite the large number of people, Diko tried to pay equal attention to everyone in the classes, to make sure we were doing the exercises correctly, and she was helpful. Her cheerful personality infected everyone. Later, I signed up for personal training with her, where I learned a lot from her. She was always very positive during the classes, she was cheerful even after 8 pm. She always cheered me up after a hard day when I didn't feel like training at all, she knew how to motivate me. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who feels like they don't have enough stamina to train, because Diko will be there for them!

Her cheerful, energetic personality sweeps like a hurricane wherever she appears. Her classes are professional, strong, and your hair doesn't stay dry! I recommend her to everyone with all my heart!

Diko gives great, varied, hard and tiring workouts. I've been going to her since my first class because I love it, and the atmosphere is great.

I am in love with DikoFitt training.
