My goal is to show you: exercise is not an activity tied to a place or time, but is accessible to anyone, necessary and enjoyable for everyone.
Excuses only hinder us and a healthy lifestyle is the basic condition for our well-being.
I believe that movement is the foundation for an effective, pain-free and fulfilling life.
In my work, I place particular emphasis on improving posture, developing movement and functional training .
Since childhood, movement has been the rhythm of my life. I found my joy in dance
when I was 3 years old and I haven’t stopped moving since. Apart from ballet, acrobatic rock n roll, modern dance and hip hop, I also did belly dancing and led a cheerleader team.
These years of sport experiences helped me realize that movement recharges me not only physically but also mentally. Whether I have a good or bad day, training always restores my balance.
Besides exercising, my other great passion is travelling.
I have lived and worked in several countries, where I initially worked as a sports entertainer helping people discover the joy of exercise.
I also worked in offices for a few years but I quickly realized that it was not my career.
I completed my Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer training in England , then continued my studies in Budapest to become a Spine Trainer and Sportrehabilitation Specialist . Since then, I have been working as a fitness trainer on a daily basis, constantly expanding my professional experience.
I don’t believe in excuses, miracle berries or weight loss pills.
I often hear: “it’s easy for you, you look good anyway” or “you can eat anything, because you’ll exercise anyway”. The truth is that as a teenager, due to my genetics, I had to face 10+ kg of excess weight. I worked out persistently, in the evenings, in the 3 m2 space of my small room to achieve my goals.
