Benefits of this Exercise

The huge benefit of HIIT training is that short intervals of extremely high-intensity exercise involving a lot of muscle mass and requires a great amount of oxygen (during both the work interval and the recovery periods).

The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio. In order to qualify as true HIIT, you’ll need to push yourself to the max during every set, which basically means that you’ll be working as hard as possible for a short amount of time, resting, then working hard again. 

Note: Intensity is key but don’t forget to give your body time to recover properly. HIIT can place a lots of stress on your body, therefore it shouldn’t be more than 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours between the sessions ➡ this will allow full replenishment of energy stores and repair of involved muscle tissues. It’s a home workout, so no equipment needed for this routine but you are still going to work very hard and your full body will sweat a lot.

You will burn a lots of calories & fat and your body will be nicely toned and shredded too. The work is: 30 sec ON each exercise, followed by 30 sec rest, than repeat the whole routine. Recommended to use the rest period as a water break and focus on your breathing.
